Constantly posting new listings to Facebook can be annoying to clients, fans and friends. This article from Inman News details a fun way to share new listings that is entertaining for your fans while also widening your social media reach.

From the article:
“1. Go to your listing.

2. Take a picture of the outside, one of the kitchen, and one of the living room.

3. “Check in” from your listing. Most likely, you’re going to have to create a “place” on Facebook for your listing. I often call it “Jared’s new listing” and then type in the address. Don’t worry about privacy or anything like that. The home is publicly listed in the MLS anyway.

4. When you “check in” on Facebook and share the pictures, put this in the description: “The first person to guess the price on this home wins a $25 gas card. This home is a three-bedroom ranch on a full basement in [your area]. Good luck and don’t cheat!”

5. Watch the comments come in.”
