According to rumors from Financial Times, Facebook has been working on an enterprise-focused product much like the one the Facebook office uses internally already. The user-experience will be familiar to those with personal Facebook pages, with a newsfeed, groups and messaging capabilities. There will also be a collaborative element that allows several users to work on a document simultaneously.
