Today we released our June pending home sales numbers and for the 14th straight month, single-family and condominium pending sales have gone up.  On a month-t0-month basis pending sales have ticked down from May.

Here are the highlights:

• Single-family pending home sales were up 29.1% compared to June 2011
• Single-family month-to-month pending home sales were down 3.0% from June 2012
• First time there have been consecutive months with over 5,00o homes under agreement since MAR has been tracking pending sales
• Condo pending home sales were up 29.1% compared to June 2011
• Condo pending month-to-month home sales were down 11% from May 2012
