Today we released our May pending home sales numbers and for the 13th straight month, single-family and condominium pending sales have gone up. Pending sales were also up for both categories on a month-to-month basis as well. This was also the first month since we started tracking pending data in January 2009 that more than 5,000 homes were put under agreement in one month.

Here are the highlights:
- Single-family pending home sales were up 32.1% compared to May 2011
- Single-family month-to-month pending home sales were up 10.10% from April 2012
- Condo pending home sales were up 35.5% compared to May 2011
- Condo pending month-to-month home sales were up 18% from April 2012
