Mass. home sales down in March; prices at more affordable levels

Another month-to-month increase for Mass. REALTOR(R) Market Index in March
Today we issued the results of the March 2011 REALTOR(R) Market Index (RMI) and the REALTOR(R) Price Index (RPI). The March RMI was up 14 percent from the February RMI.
